A cooked breakfast with egg, bacon, sausage, mushrooms and tomatoes can be served for an additional £4.50 per person per day. You will see that on the extras drop-down above.

Fruit juice is always not-from-concentrate, milk is full-fat organic, eggs are always free range and from our hens when they are laying, sausage is minimum 70% pork, bread is always organic and home-baked and jam and marmalade are home-made, from local produce when available.

A meal on arrival is also possible on the extras drop-down. And of course you can negotiate further evening meals when you arrive. Evening meals centre around our own super-aged beef and mutton. It’s pot luck, but please feel free to express a preference! All meals are communal and sociable around our farmhouse kitchen table. Grey Alders is fully licensed.

Our stay was really excellent. There was a very warm, inviting and wonderful atmosphere throughout. We felt part of the family of God and we shared so much fun together. Judy is such an amazing chef and hostess with her husband, Stephen, most hardworking, industrious and welcoming. They are both full of good humour and may the Almighty bless their enterprise as well as their ministry. Great to have been and looking forward to another visit to Greyalders!

Well appointed room with on-suite, clean, comfortable with all facilities, TV, tea and coffee. we hope to come again. The evening meal was wonderful, with home made desert. We enjoyed the hospitality of the hosts Stephen and Judy, good conversation, and fun to be with. Grey Alders is a wonderful working farm – set in a central part of South Wales, beautiful countryside and close access to Tenby and its perfect beach. We highly recommend Grey Alders.

Fantastic stay at Grey Alders B&B with very friendly hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the home cooked food was delicious. Evening meal was optional but would highly recommend it and it was very reasonably priced. Spotlessly clean and stunning views. Caravans also available for larger parties. Would highly recommend Grey Alder and hope to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay in September. It was nice and quiet in the evening after a hard days hiking on the coastal trail . We had a fantastic home cooked evening meal on the Saturday(restaurant quality) and with a couple of bottles of Steve’s cider and some good wine it was the making of a perfect evening. Many thanks to Steve & Judy , it was great value and we will be coming back.

  8. Phurisa (verified owner)

We had an unforgettable experience at Judy and Stephen’s place. Both rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The light breakfast was wonderful as well as the delicious homemade blackcurrant jam. Judy truly made our stay felt like home and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.
